This supplement has allowed me to completely manage my anxiety and depression, without the use of pharmaceutical drugs! I have battled anxiety and depression for nearly my whole life. I have always tried to manage it with therapy and natural supplements. However, I have had to resort to prescription drugs for a couple years. I absolutely HATE the side effects. I hated knowing I was putting those chemicals into my body every day. However, I wasn’t functioning well without them. I started researching (like I tend to do with anything and everything!).

Wow, after a few days I noticed my mood was back to normal. I’ve been a little hum drum lately, but after taking these supplements I found myself singing to myself. Ashwaganda is amazing.. I consume this herb daily. One of the best adaptogens. An excellent way to balance horomones and mood. Helps with sleep cycle and anxiety. Xanax is the worst medication for anxiety and mild panic attacks due to stress. With that medication came pure hell. Withdrawals result in even worse panic, anxiety, insomnia, hallucinations and hypersensitivity. Ashwaganda has really helped me restore mental balance in my life. Ashwaganda and CBD are great medications for anxiety.

I haven’t been sleeping well for the past few months, and found it harder to keep off weight around my midsection. My appetite also began skewing toward excess simple carbohydrates (cookies, desserts,etc), which suggested to me I was experiencing bronco stress. I’m glad I gave Ashwaghanda a try a couple weeks ago — I noticed immediate relief of physical tension/tiredness and a return of more restful sleep. My appetite has also normalized, and I find myself able to better regulate my dietary choices (and maintain a slightly more ideal weight).
